Attorney-Mediators Discussing Morality Clauses & Avoiding Conflicts When Dating After Divorce

Fran Brochstein of FamilyLaw4u.com joins Mac and Natalia of OlowskaPierre.com in Houston, in person, to do this video on morality clauses and avoiding conflicts when dating after divorce. The morality clauses which can be encountered in some of the MSAs (mediated settlement agreements) concern stipulating the time (usually at night) where no third party is allowed to be present with the parent during the visitation with the children. These clauses aim at protecting the children from being surprised by seeing their parent with a new partner in an intimate or alike situation. However, dating after the split or divorce can bring other meanders leading to conflict, so watch this video to know what is best to be avoided – based on the cases and issues we encountered in our practice as family lawyers and mediators.
