Parenting Coordinators and Solutions For High Conflict Parenting

Tye Bourdony of Cfmediationcenter.com chatted with InstantMediations’ Natalia and Mac of OlowskaPierre.com to discuss ways to address high-conflict co-parenting cases. For many reasons, some parents do not get along and find themselves in adversarial proceedings over child custody, possession, and access, where a Judge must resolve their disputes. Parents who are separated or will be separated, but who find themselves struggling to communicate or work with their co-parent, have tools to assist them that do not involve a Judge’s final ruling. Parenting Coordinators (related Texas law pasted below & will differ from your jurisdiction), Parenting Facilitators, coparent communication apps, coparenting classes, group therapy and counseling, and mediation, are all good ways to address the stresses disputing co-parents face.
