… Poor management style: somebody may not like the way their manager manages them; that could be mediated. And that’s the biggest thing right now in jobs now is poor management style, because after COVID, especially right now, after COVID, everybody just scrambling just to get a body in place. So quality employee has fell short after COVID. So now they just want a body in place. So when you get just a body in place, and that person doesn’t have the adequate skills to manage the particular department, then that creates the type of disgruntled employees who feel like this person doesn’t know much, and handing out over me. So that creates issues amongst the job also.
