The covid-19 induced moratoriums on evictions in the US are coming to an end due to the reduced economic impact of the pandemic on tenants and homeowners. Consequently there may be a flood of new legal cases nationwide involving evictions by landlords and foreclosures by banks post-pandemic. Mediation is a great solution for addressing the ensuing conflicts that may occur between tenants and homeowners and their landlords and banks.
