Ivan, a law student and tech innovator, created Vana to solve his mother’s need for a streamlined communication and document management system within Gmail. Vana also offers AI-powered email drafting, leveraging existing email context for more efficient communication. Unlike Gmail’s labels tool, Vana creates folders that automatically organize emails and associated files.

Vana is available as a Chrome extension, with a free version offering up to five folders and a paid version expanding capacity and features like a dedicated business phone number. Vana aims to keep legal professionals within the familiar Gmail ecosystem while maximizing productivity and organization.
